C. Deveaux, a Senior Advocate, was born and raised in a Christian family in Nassau, Bahamas. Ms. DeVeaux founded A Joyful Heart Senior Services because of her grandfather who had Alzheimer's Disease, as well as her mother, family members and numerous seniors she has come in contact with throughout her life. She recognizes that seniors need a place where they can feel safe, at home, socialize and interact with their peers in a caring environment.

Adult Day Care, Assistant Living Placement, Home Companion & Errand Services and Consultation Services.
Her vision for her organization is to be the leader in providing quality and uplifting health, Social & therapeutic services for seniors in the community.
Her motto is Caring, Serving and Enjoying Life Daily. This motto is multi-faceted and is meant to encourage seniors but is also what she embodies for herself, is striving to instill in her children and convey to everyone she meets. In her words: 'You die ONCE...But you live every day! Enjoy Life"
She is involved in her community in a number of capacities and volunteers for a number of organizations. She is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Parkland Chamber of Commerce, She is a past member of Pembroke Pines/Miramar Chamber of Commerce, an active member of the Rotary Club of Weston, and former member of The Alzheimer’s Association and Broward Coalition on Aging, Elder Services Resources Network, National Association of Professional Women, just to name a few.
C. DeVeaux, MBA
She is the founder of "Beautiful Ladies United" (BLU), an organization of ladies who support, inspire and uplift each other spiritually, emotionally, psychologically, and financially. She is also a co-founder of Women of H.O.P.E., a non-profit organization that provides health education and services to minorities and underprivileged people in communities both in the US and third world countries. In all aspects of her life, Ms. DeVeaux's focus is to provide for the needs of others, having a special love for the youth and elderly.
Ms. DeVeaux has had an extensive and successful career working in the healthcare industry for more than 24 years. She has served in leadership roles and most recently as Senior Director of Marketing & Customer Service for a bio-technology organization. In 2014, she was elected Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
